C E P and H are my initials — yes, I have four names! My mom kept her maiden name and my dad wasn’t a fan of hyphenating, so I got both their last names, plus first, and middle after my grandmother. My dad’s friend called me “CEPH” and so it became sort of a nickname, and an easy name for my consulting business.

In graduate school for my master’s degree in international studies, I was assigned the job of being webmaster for my academic program. I learned on the job and continue learning now, always expanding skills to fit what needs to be done and keeping up with the fast-changing world of digital media. I have built my skills and expanded my capabilities into pitching media, basic graphic design, email marketing, even some CRM management, paid search, photography, and producing podcasts.

My longer term jobs have been in-house with nonprofits in the arts and education. Since becoming an independent consultant, I’ve worked with clients from small business with e-commerce needs to large nonprofits needing help with short-form content creation.
